Out-of-Network

  • I’m an out-of-network provider for individuals with with out-of-network benefits. You pay the full fee upfront and we provide you with monthly “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if your plan allows. Typically, insurance plans with out-of-network benefits cover 40-80% of session costs.

Questions to ask your insurance provider about out-of network benefits:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible, and how much has been met?

  • What percentage of the therapy fee is covered?

  • Is there a session cost limit or maximum per session?

  • How many sessions are covered per year?

Location

I have openings for virtual sessions Tuesday through Friday and have limited in-person availability in China Town/Tribeca, NYC, Monday evenings starting at 3pm (out-of-network only). I’m licensed to provide psychotherapy in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Vermont. I offer coaching services outside of the state and country.
