Rates

Full fee:

  • Individuals $180

  • Relationships $225

Out-of-Network

  • I’m an out-of-network provider for individuals with with out-of-network benefits. You pay the full fee upfront and we provide you with monthly “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if your plan allows. Typically, insurance plans with out-of-network benefits cover 40-80% of session costs.

Questions to ask your insurance provider about out-of network benefits:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible, and how much has been met?

  • What percentage of the therapy fee is covered?

  • Is there a session cost limit or maximum per session?

  • How many sessions are covered per year?

Sliding scale:

  • I currently have a few sliding scale spots available starting at $125, prioritizing QTBIPOC

Insurance:

  • I currently have 2 open insurance panel spots for couples therapy, prioritizing queer & trans relationships. I accept most commercial insurances.

Location

I have openings for virtual sessions Tuesday through Friday and have in-person availability in Tribeca, NYC, Monday 3-8pm. I’m licensed to provide therapy in New York*, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Vermont, and offer coaching services outside of the state and country.

*I can only provide a superbill for NYS residents.
